Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated into and forms part of Vivora's Terms of Service. It applies to your organisation ("Customer") and every individual User accessing the Vivora Service under your account.

Vivora may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take action proportionate to the severity of the conduct, including: warning the Customer, suspending the specific User or feature involved, suspending the entire Customer account, or terminating the account under Section 11 of the Terms of Service. For conduct that is unlawful or poses a risk to others, Vivora may preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement, including disclosing information as required by valid legal process.

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in the Service, please report it to security@[yourdomain] before taking any action that might otherwise violate Section 1 (e.g. probing further to confirm impact). Good-faith reports made in accordance with this section, without accessing, modifying, or exfiltrating other Customers' data, will not be treated as an AUP violation.

4. Reporting a violation
